Many vacuum cleaners have a filter bag full indicator. These can be used as a guide but are not foolproof. Periodically check the bag and ensure that it doesn’t get too full. Most manufactures recommend replacing your filter bag once a month for best performance, filtration and longevity of your vacuum.
